Vanilla Cocoa Biscuit Cake

  • 750ml milk
  • 200g granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • Vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 600g regular biscuits
  • 200ml milk
  • Walnuts (optional)


For the creme
Step 1
Bring the milk (750 ml) to a boil. Add the sugar and stir until it dissolves.
Step 2
In a bowl whisk the eggs with the flour. Add the vanilla extract and the cocoa. Stir until there are no lumps.
Step 3
Add the flour and egg mixture into the milk, and put over low heat. Stir gently until the consistency becomes more dense.
For the cake
Step 4
Dip every biscuit in milk before putting it in the cake pan. When one layer is ready, top it with the creme and then repeat. Sprinkle walnuts on top. Let it chill for 2-3 hours.
