Raw Cake With Dates And Cocoa Banana Creme

Ingredients

  • 200g dates
  • 200g walnuts
  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil
  • Dried papaya (optional)
  • 3 bananas
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)

Directions

For the base
Step 1
Chop together the dates, nuts, coconut oil and papaya in a kitchen robot. Layer onto the bottom of your pan (I used a 9 inch one, but the cake came out too thin; I would suggest using smaller pans) and let cool in the fridge.
For the creme
Step 2
Blend the bananas with cocoa and honey. Add the coconut oil until well absorbed. Pour onto the cooled base and let sit in the fridge for a couple of hours.
